How this website handles personal information that actually exists in the project.
1. Operator
The operator of northpeakcapitals.com is the publisher of this educational report. A legal entity name and registration number have not been supplied and are not invented here. 2. Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional subject, and message you send. Hosting may briefly retain technical logs (for example an IP address and user agent) needed to run the site. Your cookie choice is stored locally under the key cookieConsent.
3. Legal basis
For readers in Canada, processing is described under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies: responding to your message, operating the site securely, and — for optional cookies — your choice. Where GDPR applies to a visitor, Article 6(1)(b), (f), and (a) may also be relevant.

Hosting and advertising partners may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not invent a specific host name that is not implemented in the project files.
7. Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and to document the exchange. Server logs are kept briefly for operations. The consent flag remains until you clear site data.
8. Your rights
You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or a complaint about how your information is handled. In Canada you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, priv.gc.ca.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
